Sticky Slime?
Slime may become sticky due to exposure to heat during transit or natural breakdown over time, but this is an easy fix! Every order includes a care packet containing activator powder and an instruction card. Simply follow the instructions to create an activator solution that will restore your slime to its ideal texture. Be sure to store the solution in a clearly marked container for future use. If the slime is still sticky, try adding more activator a little at a time.

How do I track my order?

How long does it take my order to ship?
We typically ship out orders within 2-3 business days after they are placed.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
In the unfortunate event your order arrives damaged, take clear photos or a video of the damaged product and contact us at bunbunslime.business@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace products damaged during shipping.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive an incorrect slime, please email us at bunbunslime.business@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the slime you received.
- If the original slime is still available: We’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
- If the original slime is unavailable: We’ll issue a refund for the incorrect slime or offer a substitute of your choice.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final.
